What will your personal data be used for?
The personal data we collect is used for the following purposes, all necessary to handle the enquiry you submit:
- Replying to your message and following up on the conversation.
- Recording the contact in the CRM platform used to manage professional conversations.
Additionally, your information may be used for the following secondary purpose, which is not necessary to handle your enquiry but allows us to serve you better: commercial prospecting.
If you do not wish your personal data to be processed for this secondary purpose, you may tell us at any time at yo@cesar.marketing. Declining does not affect our response to your enquiry.
What personal data is used for these purposes?
To carry out the purposes described in this notice, we use only the personal data you type into the contact form:
- First name and, where provided, last name.
- Email address.
- Mobile phone number (WhatsApp), when you choose to provide it. This field is optional.
- The content of the message you write.
No sensitive personal data is requested, nor financial or asset information.
Who do we share your personal data with, and why?
Your personal data is shared, within and outside the country, with the following parties for the following purposes:

Both recipients act as processors on the controller's behalf and handle the information solely to deliver their service. No transfers requiring your consent under article 37 of Mexico's LFPDPPP are carried out.
How can you access, rectify or cancel your data, or object to its use?
You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, what we use it for and the terms of that use (Access). You also have the right to request correction of your data if it is outdated, inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification); its removal from our records when you believe it is not being used appropriately (Cancellation); and to object to its use for specific purposes (Objection). These are known as ARCO rights under Mexican law.
To exercise any ARCO right, submit your request to yo@cesar.marketing. It should include your name, a means of replying to you, and a clear description of the right you wish to exercise. Requests are answered within 20 business days.
How can you withdraw your consent?
You may withdraw the consent you have given for the processing of your personal data. Please note that we may not be able to act on your request or stop the processing immediately in every case, since a legal obligation may require us to continue holding your data.

This site uses no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking technologies. The only measurement in place is Vercel Web Analytics, which records visits in aggregate and without cookies, for the following purposes:
